These offers are fake, malicious and are intended to defraud gullible people. These bogus agencies/persons are sending various communications, conducting telephonic interviews and claiming money from prospective candidates. The Company has also not appointed any agency/person on its behalf for the selection/appointment of BMW Motorrad distributors / dealers across the country, nor any agency / person authorized to solicit any money. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any conclusion, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever suffered or may be suffered by arising from or as a result of reliance on or usage of any such information or in any way for amount

paid by any individual or person falsely representing the Company.
